Our Registered Behavior Technicians are hands on, one-on-one, working with a child with a disability by providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to help improve their quality of life and create the best possible outcomes for their future. RBTs who choose to advance to the position of a BCBA are trained to overview treatment success, management, and writing the treatment plans that RBTs implement. If you want to obtain a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, being an RBT helps you fulfill the fieldwork requirements set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) so you can follow your journey to make a difference and obtain your dream career!
