ABA Financials 101

Presented by BrightKyte in partnership with LittleStar ABA.

In this class, you will learn the fundamentals of accounting, including the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow. Bill will guide you through understanding fixed versus variable costs, equity and liquidity ratios, and revenue cycle management. You will also learn about finding a good accountant and the best software to use.
 
In addition to accounting, you will gain valuable insights into utilization metrics. Bill will explain the importance of authorization and staff bill hours versus pay hours. You will discover the impact of utilization on your practice and explore various models to react to changes in your billable hours versus payer rates. You will also learn about utilization of authorization and how it ties directly into clinical outcomes.
 
The class will be held over Zoom in two parts on April 11th from 10:30am to 12:30pm ET, and on April 12th from 12pm to 2:30pm. During the class, you will have the opportunity to interact with Bill and ask any questions you may have.
